Inspection and testing means are perfect
To ensure products quality conform to standards requirement and satisfying customers needs, this company has not only installed on-line testing instruments for instance consistency adjuster, grammage and moisture testers etc, but also founded a testing team that consists of high quality bachelors and trained seriously. This team is responsible to control the quality from raw material ,half end-products to finished products, in order to do not put into production for non-conformity raw material, do not to go into other processes for non-conformity half end-products, do not go into warehouse for finished-products. This has achieved whole process quality control.

Equipment is superior
Our two main papermaking machines-1880mm fourdriniter Multiple dryer paper machines are studied and developed together with mechanical manufacturer for producing high-grade special papers.Headboxes are new type one with tapered manifold stock inlet,ladder-type diffusing distribution stock and two holey rolls; water-removed elements in wire part are scraper with edging porcelain strips,lower-vacuum and suction boxes with whole-porcelain surface flat,and they are set up modification rolls; the middle of paper machines have installed surface-sized equipment; eletric section is imported alternating current and frequency speed adjuster.
To keep drying curve and save energy,we imported multisection steaming control system, set up advanced moister and grammage adjuster.During stock flowing and transport system,we have chosen new type press screen, gas-remover and stock consistency adjuster etc.In beating system,we have set up middle consistency disc refiner which lead domestic advanced level.
