paper's production group.Among its series of products
"Xingji"trade mark,the productive capability
per year for A-grade base paper for diazotype is 16000
ton,N0.1 design paper is 2000 ton,drawing paper is 1000
ton.In addition ,this paper mill also produces high-grade
creped toilet paper and napkin paper etc.Daily life using
paper which are made of high-grade wood pulps, Total productive
capacity is 20000 ton.
Through five years hard pioneering,now it has developed
to quite strength industry that mainly produce engineering
using paper,especially base paper for diazotype, also
produce auxliary high-grade daily life Backbone Village-township
Enterprise , "Hehei Province-grade Science and Technology
Enterprise","AAA-grade Creditable Enterprise"
etc.

of countrywide products, especially A-grade base paper

competition,on Oct 1999,through serious audited by China
National Xing Qing Quality System Audit Center(CCXQ)and
China National Ligt Industrial Quality Audit Center (CCLQ),our
paper have taken the lead passing ISO9002 international
quality system audit in whole province paper industries
and countrywide base paper for diazotype mills.
